as it just so happens...i have a fairly short attention span...although it varies depending on what topic my attention is on...but in general my attention span could be analogous to that of a pharett on crack

that being said...i must say i have a unspoken requirement for the people around me...and thats be interesting in some way

if you have nothing interesting to say...then be interesting to look at...so when youre doing nothing but being silent...i can look and admire the way you were put together...so when youre sitting there talking gibberish...i can look and think about what your parents looked like to make you look the way you do

now conversely

if you are not interesting to look at...then at least have something interesting to say...so when im looking at you...im actually thinking about that clever joke you just made about that goat and cheese...so when im looking away at something more attractive...i will look back because the things you are saying are intriguing and stimulating my frontal lobe

however...if you neither look interesting nor have anything interesting to say...sorry...just not interested
