Love is amazing, naïve and brilliant
Love is breathtaking, great and magnificent.
Love is unrestricted, unreserved and unconditional
Love is absolute, unlimited and remarkable.
Love is sacrifice, overwhelming and splendid
Love is pleasant, lovely and protective.

Your every little gesture, means so much,
Each whisper, each gaze, each gentle touch,
I long for your attention, your adoration too,
To occupy a space in your heart, to be one of the few,
You give me so much, much more than you know,
And I in return, hope your feelings for me grow,
But alas, I should give up--attempt to move on,
To grow up, to wake up--with that feeling gone,
I wish I could be free, from my burdened heart,
Just waiting and waiting, for our final part,
I strive for acceptance, to delay our departure,
But knowing deep down, that your heart I cannot capture,
Let it go, let him be free, you deserve all the best,
You have given your all, with nothing more to confess,
Why can't i let it be? To accept the situtation?
To be happy, to be content, to stop fighting for your attention?
Love or lust, I know not anymore,
The tides have changed, crashing upon the shores,
Dragging me with it, far out into the sea,
Making it more difficult, for a you and me.
