being a 20 year old, i must say this book "Tuesdays with Morrie" by Mitch Albom is the first book i actually read that was not a course requirement...i would like to thank the person who recommended it to me and yes i did learn quite a bit from it. its about 200 pages long and very captivating...i bought it at around 3 pm and counldnt put it down... unless i had "to go on the commode" or eat...and finished it at around 8:30 pm...pretty amazing thing i must say. i can go on for pages about this book but i will simply say that everyone should read it and maybe it will make people better and maybe will thus make the world better. now i will end with a quote one should keep in the back of their mind at all times...
"Accept what you are able to do and what you are not able to do. Accept the past as past, without denying it or discarding it. Learn to forgive yourself and to forgive others. Dont assume its too late to get involved." Morris Schwartz

you should also try mitch albom's other book...equally as inspiring....and just as touching. and even better, it is UNDER 200 pages!! it's called "the five people you meet in heaven"........here's a quote.......
"All parents damage their children. It cannot be helped. Youth, like pristine glass, absorbs the prints of its handlers. Some parents smudge, others crack, a few shatter childhoods completely into jagged pieces, beyond repair."
